Photo Guide

We’ve put together a few guidelines you need to follow to get the best portrait possible…

• Photo’s at your pets eye level work best.
• Try and match the angle of the costume to the angle of your pet image (i.e. front facing images for front facing costumes - bark at us in the chat app if you need help or want to check if the image will work)
• Needs to include their head in full i.e. no ears cropped off etc.
• Photos without filters are preferred.
• Non blurry images work best, the higher the image resolution the better the final design and the more detail we can include in your final masterpiece. 
• Try to get your pet to sit or stay still - make sure there's no blur.

• Make sure long floppy ears are in the photo and are not out of frame.

• You do not need a professional picture. Phone pictures work great too.

Please ensure you provide us with a mobile phone contact number so we can send you a message to remind you to check your design.  If we don't receive approval within 3 working days of emailing you your design, we will proceed and send it off to print.
