Photo's That Work Best

We’ve put together a few guidelines you need to follow to get the best portrait possible. Photo Guide

Photo’s at your pet's eye level work best.
Needs to include their head in full i.e. no ears cropped off etc.
Photos without filters are preferred.
You do not need a professional picture, mobile phone pictures work great too.

If you have a photo but are unsure whether it will work or not, you can always contact us

Please note that requesting a photo or costume change after your proof has been sent means that our artist has to start again from scratch and as such this will incur a small fee which goes back to the artist to cover their time & effort.

The costs for these changes start from:

Please read below carefully

When you recieve your artwork proof - please be sure to review your artwork carefully. Once you have approved your artwork, it will be processed for printing automatically. Occasionally, our artists may flip your pet's head to suit the orientation or positioning of the costume. It is your responsibility to inform us if you don't want this done.

Please note that some extensive changes, such as "Can you turn my pet's head slightly to the left?" or "Can you close my pet's mouth?" may require a new photo.

Please note that the products below may show slightly less of the costume due to canvas edge wrapping or differing size ratios. Some A5–A1 posters may include a a white mount and / or a 5mm white border.

Artwork Approval & Shipping Times

Delivery Estimates (once artwork is printed)

We have partnered up with awesome print partners in your location to enable us to print and ship your items to you as efficiently as paw-sible. Shipping times are a general estimate only. Revision requests can of course prolong this estimate. If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days, AFTER APPROVAL, please get in touch with us to let us know. Any items lost in transit will of course be reprinted and resent.

UK: 2-7 working days.
EU: 5-8 working days
CA, AUS, USA: 8-14 working days.
Rest of the World: 10-15 working days.

Artwork Creation & Approval Process

Expect your portrait ready to preview and approve in 3-5 working days. (If you have purchased 1st in line then you will recieve your proof within 48hrs)
We'll start printing within 12-48hrs hours of receiving your approval! Printing & production takes 3 working days max.

Please Note:

We offer 'Jump the queue artwork creation'. This option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists. It does not speed up the delivery / shipping time.

Please bear in mind all delivery companies experience a surge in deliveries during peak season, as such deliveries may take a few extra days that expected.

If your order requires a new photo please understand that this will of course delay the process and lengthen the production time.

We allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for customer artwork approval. A reminder will be sent 2 working days after we have sent your initial artwork preview and we will attempt to contact you using the number provided, failing all the above, If we do not hear from you within 72 hours, we will auto-approve and print your order.

At Paw & Glory, we are dedicated to ensuring you love your custom artwork. Our refund and return policy has been designed to be fair to both our valued customers and the talented artists who create your unique pieces. Here’s how it works:

Change of Mind Policy

Within 4 Hours: If you change your mind about your order, please notify us via email at support@pawandglory.com within 4 hours of placing your order. You will receive a full refund, no questions asked. (Please note: cancellations or change requests made via social media, WhatsApp, website chat, or other methods will not qualify for refunds.)

After 4 Hours, Before Artwork Creation Begins: If you cancel after 4 hours but before our artists start working on your portrait, you will receive store credit for the full value of your order.

After Artwork Creation Has Begun: If our artists have already started creating your artwork, you will be eligible for store credit minus 20% of the order value, which helps cover the time and effort already invested.

Our artists typically begin working on your custom portrait shortly after your order is placed, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order.

Not Happy with Your Artwork? Let’s Make It Right!

We want you to be thrilled with your artwork. To ensure this:

Free Unlimited Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions to fine-tune your artwork until it meets your expectations. 🎨
Still Not Satisfied? If you are not happy after revisions, you will be eligible for store credit minus 20% of the order value, which can be used towards a future design.

Please note: Fully custom designs (e.g., "Submit Your Own Design," Simpsons, or Cartoon orders) are non-refundable, but we will make adjustments to improve them as much as possible.

Once Artwork is Approved

Once you approve your artwork (or it is auto-approved if we do not hear back within the specified time), it moves into production. At this stage, no changes or cancellations can be made, and the order becomes non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Products? We’ve Got You Covered!

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@pawandglory.com.
Provide clear photos of the damaged item.
We will arrange for a replacement free of charge and ensure it is sent to you promptly. 🚚
