Once your order is placed, our friendly team will review all your photos uploaded and select the most suitable one for your chosen design. If any (or all) of your photos aren't suitable, we will email to ask for alternatives.

Please note that requesting a photo or costume change after your proof has been sent means that our artist has to start again from scratch and as such this will incur a small fee which goes back to the artist to cover their time & effort.
The costs for these changes start from:Please note that the following products may feature less of the costume due to the canvas being wrapped around the edge and due to the smaller and differing height and width ratios. Also note that ALL A5 - A3 posters will be printed with a white 5mm border
Please note that for international orders (Ireland, EU & USA) the following posters and framed portrait sizesmay be sent in nearest equivalent inch size measurement and not the exact A size measurement.
Delivery Estimates (once artwork is printed)
We have partnered up with awesome print partners in your location to enable us to print and ship your items to you as efficiently as paw-sible. Shipping times are a general estimate only. Revision requests can of course prolong this estimate. If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days, AFTER APPROVAL, please get in touch with us to let us know. Any items lost in transit will of course be reprinted and resent.

At Paw & Glory, we are dedicated to ensuring you love your custom artwork. Our refund and return policy has been designed to be fair to both our valued customers and the talented artists who create your unique pieces. Here’s how it works:
Within 4 Hours: If you change your mind about your order, please notify us via email at support@pawandglory.com within 4 hours of placing your order. You will receive a full refund, no questions asked. (Please note: cancellations or change requests made via social media, WhatsApp, website chat, or other methods will not qualify for refunds.)
After 4 Hours, Before Artwork Creation Begins: If you cancel after 4 hours but before our artists start working on your portrait, you will receive store credit for the full value of your order.
After Artwork Creation Has Begun: If our artists have already started creating your artwork, you will be eligible for store credit minus 20% of the order value, which helps cover the time and effort already invested.
Our artists typically begin working on your custom portrait shortly after your order is placed, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order.
We want you to be thrilled with your artwork. To ensure this:
Please note: Fully custom designs (e.g., "Submit Your Own Design," Simpsons, or Cartoon orders) are non-refundable, but we will make adjustments to improve them as much as possible.
Once you approve your artwork (or it is auto-approved if we do not hear back within the specified time), it moves into production. At this stage, no changes or cancellations can be made, and the order becomes non-refundable.
