What if I need to make a change to my order?

Can I preview my portrait before it ships?

Yes. Standard artwork proofs are usually ready in 2–3 working days; priority options are faster. Nothing goes to print until you’ve approved your proof.

Ever so chuffed with the portrait of our doggo - will definitely be getting ones made up of our cats too! Communication was second to none… due to the scheduled postal strikes they phoned me to let me know they were shipping but it may be delayed, but also offered an alternative method of delivery if I needed it sooner! They offer a wide range of products, but I’d love if they did personalised dog/cat neckerchief’s with your pet portraits on!
