Frequently Asked Questions

What makes a good photo?

A clear, well-lit photo works best. Try to choose a photo where your pet’s face is sharp, front-facing, and not hidden by shadows, blur, filters, or heavy cropping.

Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?

Absolutely — we love a full house. Choose a multi-pet option on the product page, or contact us and our artists will bring everyone together in one portrait.

What animals do you illustrate?

Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits — and just about any beloved companion. If your pet is a little more unusual, message us and we’ll happily confirm before you order.

What if I need to make a change to my order?

No problem. You’ll receive an artwork proof before anything is printed, and you can request edits at that stage. Need to change details earlier? Just email support@pawandglory.com.

Can I preview my portrait before it ships?

Yes. Standard artwork proofs are normally ready within 2–3 days; First In Line and express artwork proofs within 1–2 days. You can approve or request edits. After 72 hours without a response, your proof may be automatically approved following reminders.

I had a custom background in mind for a special picture of my two silver tabbies (past and present). My idea was brought to life just as I'd imagined from a few images and a short description of what I wanted. The print I received is great quality with vivid colors and a sturdy frame. I love seeing my beloved kitties together in this portrait that befits their regal personalities. The add-on digital copy is well worth it too as it gives even more options for sharing and printing.

I ordered this portrait as a gift for my mums birthday and I have to say that she was absolutely delighted with it. As a true crazy cat lady she was thrilled with the portrait of her friend Pablo, the portrait is amazing quality and the artist ensured that I was happy with the theme throughout the process. Thank you Lucy you did a brilliant job and I will definitely purchase another portrait in the future.
