Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?

Absolutely — we love a full house. Choose a multi-pet option on the product page, or contact us and our artists will bring everyone together in one portrait.

What animals do you illustrate?

Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits — and just about any beloved companion. If your pet is a little more unusual, message us and we’ll happily confirm before you order.

What if I need to make a change to my order?

No problem. You’ll receive an artwork proof before anything is printed, and you can request edits at that stage. Need to change details earlier? Just email support@pawandglory.com.

Can I preview my portrait before it ships?

Yes. Standard artwork proofs are usually ready in 2–3 working days; priority options are faster. Nothing goes to print until you’ve approved your proof.

When I placed my order and the artwork came I was so disappointed, partly because my colour choice wasn’t great and partly the print quality wasn’t great. I was worried as it just wasn’t what I wanted….however I needn’t have worried. Paw and Glory we’re brilliant, communication was second to none and they sorted everything out and I ended up with a completely new picture, sent new photos, got a new proof, heard back from them straight away and it was just amazing. The new picture is fantastic and I am so happy….The best customer service I e come across for an online company….do not fear buying from them you are in safe hands and the quality is beautiful

I bought this canvas for my mom for Christmas. She and the rest of the family absolutely loved it. It was done to such a high standard it actually looks like a royal painting! The size is very good for the price, I thought being the second smallest that it would be teeny like a photo size but it’s a very good size. I had to be careful not to buy the poster as there is that option too, however I still found the overall purchasing and uploading photo process very straight forward. Would recommend to anyone 100% I already can’t wait to get more done with my other pets!

The range of characters is fantastic. I uploaded the picture of my parents dog with some trepidation not being sure if the quality was good enough or how it would turn out. I have to say we were all absolutely delighted with not only the quality of the finished picture but also the frame it was mounted in. The way the original is blended in to the character picture is brilliant. Great work.
