Shipping Times

Generally, if you live in the UK it takes 3-5 working days for orders to arrive with you once you have approved your proof. Changes and additional photo requests can prolong this. If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days, please get in touch with us to let us know. International orders can take longer depending on where you live, but generally it takes 5-15 working days from the moment you order.

Express 2-day delivery orders will be shipped with tracking, and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.

NOTE: Expect a delay during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.

Approval Process

We send all customers an artwork proof and ask for your approval before printing. So the faster you approve, the quicker we can ship! You will receive a preview of your artwork within 3-5 working days for you to approve. At this stage you can make any changes you’d like. Once you’re happy, you can approve the portrait for print. We will then print and ship the art to you.

Note: If there is an issue with your order (e.g. new pet photo needed), this understandably will extend your production time.

We allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for customer artwork approval. If we do not hear from you in 72 hours, we will auto-approve and print your order.

Our aim is to provide you with the best quality possible, so we ask that you upload images that meet our image guidelines. You can cancel your order at any time before we send your artwork off to print.

We have partnered up with paw-some print peeps in your location to enable us to print and ship your items to you as efficiently as paw-sible.

• We occasionally offer 'jump the queue artwork creation'. This option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
