Photo's That Work Best

We’ve put together a few guidelines you need to follow to get the best portrait possible.

• Photo’s at your pet's eye level work best.
• Needs to include their head in full i.e. no ears cropped off etc.
• Photos without filters are preferred.
• You do not need a professional picture, mobile phone pictures work great too.

Please note that requesting a photo or costume change after your proof has been sent means that our artist has to start again from scratch and as such this will incur a small fee which goes back to the artist to cover their time & effort.

The costs for these changes start from:

Change of costume £4.99 for 1 pet

Change of photo £4.99 for 1 pet

When you recieve your artwork proof - please be sure to review your artwork carefully. Once you have approved your artwork, it will be processed for printing automatically. Occasionally, our artists may flip your pet's head to suit the orientation or positioning of the costume. It is your responsibility to inform us if you don't want this done.

Please note that some extensive changes, such as "Can you turn my pet's head slightly to the left?" or "Can you close my pet's mouth?" may require a new photo.

Please note that the following products may feature less of the costume due to the canvas being wrapped around the edge and due to the smaller and differing height and width ratios. Also note that ALL A5 - A3 posters will be printed with a white 5mm border

Please note that for international orders (Ireland, EU & USA) the following posters and framed portrait sizesmay be sent in nearest equivalent inch size measurement and not the exact A size measurement.

Please note that the artwork previews you view on your computer / mobile phones or tablet screens may appear lighter than the final printed versions. This variation is due to the presence of backlighting on computer screens, which printing machines lack. While we strive to replicate the proof's appearance in our prints, it is worth noting that the final artwork prints, particularly canvases, may exhibit slightly darker or lighter and more vibrant colors. Please also note that when we stretch the canvas, on rare occasions the ink may appear slightly faded on the corners due to the stretching process.
