What makes a good photo?

A clear, well-lit photo works best. Try to choose a photo where your pet’s face is sharp, front-facing, and not hidden by shadows, blur, filters, or heavy cropping.

Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?

Yes, absolutely. We can create portraits with more than one pet, from two best friends to a full household of much-loved characters.

What animals do you illustrate?

We illustrate dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, birds, and plenty of more unusual pets too. If you love them, there is a good chance we can turn them into a portrait.

What if I need to make a change to my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your artwork has not gone to print yet, we’ll do our best to help with changes to photos, wording, background colours, or order details.

Can I preview my portrait before it ships?

Yes. You’ll receive a preview of your artwork before it is printed, so you can approve it or request changes before it becomes a finished gift.
