Paw & Glory accepts secure payments through Shopify checkout. The payment methods available to you can vary by country, currency and device, so the options shown at checkout are the most up-to-date ones for your order.

When is payment taken?

Payment is taken when you place your order. For personalised orders, artwork creation begins after payment has been successfully received.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Checkout and payment information are handled securely through Shopify and the relevant payment provider using encrypted connections. Paw & Glory does not store your full card details.

Klarna and Clearpay

Klarna and Clearpay may be offered depending on your country, order and the provider's eligibility requirements. If an instalment option does not appear at checkout, it is not currently available for that checkout.

Payment declined or not going through?

Check that your card details and billing address are correct and that your bank has not blocked the transaction. You can also try another payment method shown at checkout. If the problem continues, email support@pawandglory.com and we will help.
