These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “Customer”), and Paw & Glory Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and any related services, products, or applications provided by us (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any additional terms, policies, and conditions referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.

Important Notice:
Paw & Glory Ltd is not VAT-registered and does not charge VAT on any of its products or services. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees required by their local jurisdiction.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our Services, you affirm that:

1. You are of legal age in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. If accessing on behalf of an entity, you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
3. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your use of the Services.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time, in our sole discretion. Updates will be posted on the Site, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

4. SERVICES DESCRIPTION

Paw & Glory provides custom artwork services, including but not limited to pet portraits, canvases, and prints. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and representations, variations may occur due to artistic interpretation or display differences.

All products and services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify them without notice.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS

By using our Services, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, ordering, and communications.
2. Use the Services solely for lawful purposes and refrain from engaging in activities prohibited under this Agreement.
3. Acknowledge and comply with our refund, store credit, and cancellation policies as outlined in this Agreement.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, designs, trademarks, and materials provided through our Services (the “Intellectual Property”) are owned by or licensed to Paw & Glory Ltd.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our Intellectual Property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices listed on our Site are in GBP unless otherwise stated. As an offshore company, Paw & Glory Ltd is not VAT-registered, and no VAT is charged on purchases.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Clearpay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, American Express

Payment Terms:

• You are responsible for ensuring all payment details are accurate and up to date.
• Any applicable local taxes, duties, or fees required by your jurisdiction are your responsibility.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

8. REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Artwork Approval Window:

When an Artwork Preview is ready, Paw & Glory sends it by email and sends a reminder email during the 3-day approval window. Customers have 3 days from the Artwork Preview being sent to approve the artwork or request revisions. If no approval or revision request is received within 3 days, the artwork will be automatically approved and released to production. If revisions are requested during the approval window, the order remains at the artwork stage while those changes are made. Once artwork has been approved, either by the customer or automatically at the end of the approval window, and released to production, it can no longer normally be changed or cancelled.

Change of Mind Policy:

• Within 1 Hour: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase by emailing support@pawandglory.com. A full refund will be issued. Requests through social media or other platforms will not qualify.
• After 1 Hour, Before Artwork Creation Begins: Cancellations after 1 hour but before artwork creation will be eligible for store credit equal to the full order value.
• After Artwork Creation Has Begun: If the artwork process has started, cancellations will incur a deduction of 20% of the order value from the store credit to cover labor costs.

Dissatisfaction with Artwork:

1. Customers are entitled to unlimited revisions to ensure satisfaction.
2. If dissatisfaction persists after revisions, you will receive store credit minus 20% of the order value.

Damaged or Defective Products:

Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence. Paw & Glory Ltd will provide a replacement product free of charge for valid claims.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users of our Services agree not to:

1. Use the Services for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.
2. Disrupt or interfere with our operations.
3. Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Breaching this section may result in account termination, and Paw & Glory Ltd reserves the right to seek damages or legal remedies.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Paw & Glory Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability for claims arising under this Agreement is limited to the total purchase price paid by you.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of:

• The United States, for U.S.-based users.
• The United Kingdom, for U.K.-based users.
• The European Union, for EU-based users.
• Canada, for Canadian-based users.
• Australia, for Australian-based users.

Dispute Resolution:

1. Informal Negotiations: Parties must attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating formal proceedings.
2. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
3. Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of the governing law jurisdiction.

12. TERMINATION

Paw & Glory Ltd reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services for any violation of this Agreement, including non-payment, prohibited conduct, or other breaches.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND SIGNATURES

By using our Services, you consent to receive electronic communications and agree that such communications satisfy legal requirements for written agreements and notices.
