Every personalised Paw & Glory order goes through three separate stages:
1. Artwork creation and approval
2. Printing and production
3. Shipping and delivery
The time needed for each stage is separate. Please allow for all three when ordering a personalised gift.
Artwork Previews
Every personalised portrait includes an Artwork Preview before printing.
Standard Artwork Preview: Normally ready within 2โ3 days.
First In Line / Express Artwork Preview: Normally ready within 1โ2 days.
First In Line and express artwork options prioritise your order with our artwork team.
You can review your Artwork Preview and request revisions before production.
Requests involving a different photograph, substantial redesign or additional information may extend the artwork timeline.
Artwork preparation times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Printing and Production
Once your final artwork has been approved, printing normally takes 3โ5 working days.
First In Line speeds up artwork creation only. It does not automatically speed up printing or courier delivery.
Express Delivery speeds up the courier journey after printing. It does not automatically speed up artwork creation or printing.
Printing times may vary depending on the product, production requirements and seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Peak-Season Free Shipping Promotion
During our 2026 peak-season promotion, we are offering:
United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on eligible orders.
United States: Free basic shipping on eligible orders.
This promotional offer is temporary and is expected to end by mid-December 2026.
Normal Free-Shipping Thresholds
Outside the peak-season promotion, the usual free-shipping minimums are:
United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on eligible orders of ยฃ70 or more.
United States: Free basic shipping on eligible orders of $95 or more.
Available shipping services and eligibility may vary according to the product and delivery destination.
United Kingdom Delivery Options
Depending on the product and destination, available paid services may include:
- Royal Mail 48: from approximately ยฃ4.49.
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked: from approximately ยฃ7.99.
- Express Courier: from approximately ยฃ14.99.
These are indicative starting prices, not guaranteed rates for every product or address.
United States Delivery Options
Free basic shipping is available on eligible orders during the seasonal promotion.
Other standard and express delivery services may be available at an additional charge.
Outside the promotion, the usual free-shipping minimum is $95 for eligible orders.
Other Countries
Shipping prices for Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and other destinations vary depending on the product, delivery address and service selected.
The current shipping options, eligibility and exact cost for your order are always confirmed at checkout.
Typical Delivery Times After Printing
The following are estimated courier delivery times after your order has been printed and dispatched.
These estimates do not include artwork creation, revisions, approval or printing.
United Kingdom
- Royal Mail 48: approximately 5โ8 working days.
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked: approximately 2โ4 working days.
- Express Courier: approximately 1โ2 working days.
United States & Canada
- Standard Delivery: approximately 5โ10 working days.
- Express Delivery: approximately 2โ4 working days.
Europe
- Standard Delivery: approximately 5โ8 working days.
Australia
- Standard Delivery: approximately 5โ8 working days.
New Zealand
- Standard Delivery: approximately 5โ10 working days.
- Express Delivery: approximately 3โ7 working days.
Rest of the World
- Standard International: approximately 10โ15 working days.
- Express International: approximately 5โ10 working days, where available.

Actual delivery times can vary according to product, courier, destination, public holidays, customs processing and seasonal demand.
Not every delivery service is available for every product or destination.
Tracking Your Order
Where the selected delivery service includes tracking, courier tracking information is normally available once your order has been printed and dispatched.

Enter your order number plus either:
- The email address used at checkout.
- The delivery postcode used for the order.
The Track My Order page may show:
- Artwork status.
- Production status.
- Your Artwork Preview link once available.
- Courier tracking information after dispatch, where applicable.
If your Artwork Preview has been emailed but you cannot find it, the tracking page may display a View Your Proof button.
Orders containing multiple artworks may display a separate proof link for each artwork.
Some economy delivery services, including certain Royal Mail 48 services, may not provide full tracking.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship to many destinations worldwide.
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties.
- Import taxes.
- Local handling charges.
- Other fees imposed by the destination country.
Where applicable, these charges are normally the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
International parcels may be transferred to a local delivery company for the final part of their journey.
Tracking information can occasionally pause or update less frequently while parcels move between international and local courier networks.
Onward Order Protection
If you purchased Onward Order Protection at checkout, qualifying claims for loss or damage during transit may be submitted directly through Onward:

If you are unsure whether your order included Onward protection, please contact Paw & Glory with your order number.
Onward protection is an optional additional service.
It does not replace or limit your statutory consumer rights against Paw & Glory, including rights relating to goods that are lost, damaged or not delivered.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us.
We may need to investigate the delivery with the courier and allow a reasonable period for the investigation to be completed.
Where a parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your consumer rights and the circumstances of the order.
If you purchased Onward protection, you may also submit an eligible claim through Onward.
Your statutory rights are not dependent on purchasing Onward protection.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement through our standard replacement process.

Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Photographs showing the damage, fault or incorrect product.
- Photographs of the packaging, where relevant.
Where Paw & Glory is responsible, we will arrange an appropriate replacement at no additional charge.
If you purchased Onward protection and the issue involves damage during transit, you may also submit a claim through Onward.
The 30-day reporting period is our standard replacement-request window, not a limit on your statutory consumer rights.
Customers may still have legal rights to a refund, repair, replacement or other remedy if a fault is discovered or reported after 30 days.

Split Shipments
Orders containing different products may occasionally be produced, dispatched or delivered separately.
For example, a personalised portrait and an additional gift may be fulfilled by different production partners.
This means one part of your order may arrive before another.
If only part of your order has arrived, please check your dispatch emails and Track My Order page before contacting support.
Delivery Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

We may be able to update the delivery address before fulfilment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production or dispatch has begun.
Once a parcel has been dispatched, we may not be able to change its delivery address.
For personalised orders, cancellation or change requests may be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order, in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Peak Periods & Christmas Orders
During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and other major gifting seasons, artwork creation, printing and courier networks may experience higher demand.
Where you need an order by a particular date, please allow additional time for:

First In Line or express artwork options can help prioritise artwork creation, but do not guarantee delivery by a particular date.
Express courier delivery is a separate service and applies after production.
Any Christmas order deadlines published on our website are guidance based on the expected production and courier conditions at that time.
We recommend ordering early during peak gifting periods.
