Frequently Asked Questions

What makes a good photo?

A clear, well-lit photo works best. Try to choose a photo where your pet’s face is sharp, front-facing, and not hidden by shadows, blur, filters, or heavy cropping.

Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?

Absolutely — we love a full house. Choose a multi-pet option on the product page, or contact us and our artists will bring everyone together in one portrait.

What animals do you illustrate?

Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits — and just about any beloved companion. If your pet is a little more unusual, message us and we’ll happily confirm before you order.

What if I need to make a change to my order?

No problem. You’ll receive an artwork proof before anything is printed, and you can request edits at that stage. Need to change details earlier? Just email support@pawandglory.com.

Can I preview my portrait before it ships?

Yes. Standard artwork proofs are normally ready within 2–3 days; First In Line and express artwork proofs within 1–2 days. You can approve or request edits. After 72 hours without a response, your proof may be automatically approved following reminders.

This was a gift for my sister and family. They are OVER THE MOON. I am a complete technophobe and I love how Paw & Glory were there every step of the way to help and support. I didn't need to do anything technical, i didn't need to take any special photos, i sent them some random existing photos and left it all to them. The results were utterly amazing...far exceeded what we expected. Can't recommend them enough. Paw and Glory, thank you for creating something really special

THANK YOU SO MUCH! Ever since I've seen these I knew they would be the perfect gift for my brother and sister in law. Their animals are their live. It was difficult finding portraits that supported 4 animals (let alone the outfits still being cute), but I found one on your site I fell in love with. I sent you all blurry pictures and didn't think it was going to work out as I had no way to get better ones. But y'all came through and made it work, were so friendly, and arrived ahead of schedule! This was such a fun gift to be able to give. I will recommend you to anyone who asks about doing this for their pets. Thank you again.
